Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Fiery Warsong guide

Atgeir’s Firesong Warsong weapon sets your enemies on fire when surrounded and deals tons of attack and stun damage, but how do you get your hands on it? Anger is a new type of two-handed weapon in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok, and in order to get your hands on this fine boy, you’ll need to hunt down a few Chosen of Sinmara. Depending on your power level, these elite enemies can be a bit of a challenge, so here’s how to find them.

How to find the Chosen of Sinmara and get Firesong of War in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

Sinmara is the wife of Surt, the large and evil fire giant Muspel in Rising of Ragnarok. You will fight her several times throughout the main campaign before tracking down the three Chosen of Sinmara. They are a bit like The Zealots of Valhalla: These are elite enemies that summon lesser enemies to fight alongside them.

There are three Chosen Ones to find and defeat, and they can usually be found near dwarven hideouts or walking along the roads next to them. They don’t stay in a fixed location, so you need to find the helmet icon on the map, which you can see in the image below.

I managed to find one near the Hodda refuge, another near the Jordeigr refuge, and one near the Fornam excavation site in the Gullnamar region. Rammer and Throttigr shouldn’t upset you too much, but Trawl is quite difficult, especially at higher difficulty levels. He uses a smokescreen, but he will still appear if you use Odin’s Gaze. If you started Dawn of Ragnarok at the base level, you need to wait until you are at least 425 strength to fight him.

Once all three have been defeated, visit any blacksmith and you’ll have the option to create a weapon, Firesong of War. If you have the materials, you can upgrade it to divine quality and use some runes to make it even more powerful.\
