Destiny 2 Season Of The Risen: Seasonal Challenges Guide (Week 2)
Week 2 of Destiny 2: The Witch Queen has officially begun, which means a new set of Seasonal Challenges can be accessed. The second week of the Risen season focuses on the new chapter of Operation Elbrus, dealing damage at close range, and completing some of the long-running side quests. If you have already completed the Dead Herald exotic item quest, this is one of the weekly quests. Completing these tasks is worth the effort, as you will gain significant experience in the process. This, in turn, will help you complete your Season Pass faster and get even more loot. It’s a win-win situation.
What’s more, you can complete these Seasonal Challenges at your leisure, as they only expire after the season ends. If you decide to take a week or two off from Destiny 2, you can come back and complete multiple challenges at the same time. For more on the Witch Queen, you can check out the latest Destiny 2 patch notes, our Season of the Risen guide, and Destiny 2 bugs you may be facing.

How do seasonal challenges work?
Seasonal Challenges can be accessed from the Quests tab in the main menu, where you’ll find quests related to defeating specific enemies with a specific element, participating in one of the game’s new activities, or completing a raid. Each challenge can be completed once per account, and there are typically around 10 new challenges each week that will be active throughout the season.
Completing the Season of the Risen Challenges will unlock the requirements of the Master of All Season Challenge, which in turn earns you a massive Bright Dust reward that can be spent in the Eververse Store on select cosmetics, emotes, and items.
