The Ice Ax is an ax that requires 11 strengths and 16 Dexterity. This is a great option for those working on a frost build, as it builds up a status effect on enemies fairly quickly.

Where to find Ice Ax
The Ice Hatchet is found in the Temple Quarter in Liurnia of the Lakes, making it fairly easy to round it up relatively early in the game. Just teleport to the nearest Place of Grace you can find and head to that area.
If you approach the Temple Quarter from the south, you will find many ruined buildings to explore. Among the rubble you will find a chest with an Icerind ax. Once you’ve grabbed it, you’re all set to start stomping and freezing your enemies in style.
