Karia Manor is also your first stop on the Ranny quest, an almost essential side-content item in Elden Ring, and the source of another legendary weapon, the Darkmoon Greatsword.
After challenging the pet spiders after entering the manor and reaching Lower Grace Manor, head towards the battlements. The path ahead will take you deeper into the dungeon, but to find the Sword of Night and Flame, turn left and go to the end. Below you will see a number of buildings with sloping roofs. Drop down to the highest point and go down the stairs to the central building. The Sword of Night and Flame will be waiting for you in the chest!
