Reminder: Watch Bandai’s Worldwide ‘Digimon Con’ Livestream

Update [Tue 22nd Feb, 2022 04:30 GMT]: Bandai’s Digimon Con will air later this week on February 26th. official schedule published.

The broadcast will begin with “Digimon games” information and a Q&A session. The new teaser trailer for the event (see above) also includes footage from the upcoming strategy RPG. Digimon survived so maybe very soon we will see more games that have been repeatedly delayed.

Original article [Fri 17th Dec 2021 07:30 GMT]: Bandai, the company behind the long-running Digimon series, has announced a digital celebration that will be broadcast “worldwide” on February 26, 2022.

According to the portal’s official website, there will be an anime segment, a game information segment, a live performance, a digital illustration contest, and more:

– Digimon Anime Special Planning Segment
– Digimon game information segment
– Digimon Vital bracelet series, new information and special app-related planning segment.
-Announcement of the initial selection results for the Digimon Illustration Contest
– Special live performance by singer Ayumi Miyazaki

The long-awaited RPG Digimon survive was recently evaluated after a series of constant delays, so hopefully we’ll get an update or maybe even a date for this upcoming Switch release.

To watch the broadcast, you can tune in via Bandai Japan official YouTube channel. The event will also be broadcast in English and Japanese, with some content switching between the two languages.
